WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Most items are designed, created, and shipped out within 10 days. For full theming and group items (i.e. bachelorette), I will require approximately 4 weeks to allow for a creative brief/brainstorm, stocking of inventory, item creation, and finally, shipping & delivery.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SOMETHING WILL COST?
I will always include a price estimate within our initial creative brief. I price all items competitively and in comparison to the local market going rate.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
My preferred method of payment is Venmo (@colleenmariehealy).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
What are the chances that I've only had (1) return in the 2.5 years of SOP? Being that all items are custom, rest assured that should a bump in the merchandise road arise, I will work with you to make the issue right. This will likely encompass sending a new product all together or awarding store credit. I unfortunately cannot repurpose my items.
